Uneeka's roots trace back to 2004 to the local pub where two friends Jodi Skelton and John Tornabene developed a vision to sell products that made life fairer for those who had produced them. Both with a passion for ethical retail, the Uneeka concept was created to show consumers that fairly traded products can be accessible, affordable and desirable.

Uneeka continues to grow its iconic brand. In April 2010, Uneeka.home opened on City Road in Truro - an interiors showroom with a vast array of sustainable furniture, lighting and homewares. Later followed by Uneeka.Life in August 2010 - a high street store launched to show consumers that fair trade can be fashion forward. Jodi Skelton and Jenna Hallinan, former retail sales manager, head up this Truro team which also includes Uneeka.com. John Tornabene runs a successful store nestled in Padstow's Broad Street.

With a clear vision for the future, Uneeka will continue to grow organically and reach other areas in the South West and beyond.
