Delivery

Standard Delivery (non-furniture)

Our Standard delivery service (normally using Royal Mail First Class) may require a signature upon receipt. We endeavour to dispatch orders within 1 working day for delivery within 1-3 working days (please allow up to 10 working days). Where orders are placed during the weekend or on an English Bank Holiday, they will be treated as if received the morning of the next working day. In the case that you are not at home a card will be left explaining how to re-arrange delivery or how to collect from your local depot.

Note: To receive free delivery on orders over £50 on the website you will need to enter 'Free' in to the Promotional Code box at checkout.

Guaranteed Before 1pm Next Working Day

Our guaranteed before 1pm next working day delivery service (normally using Royal Mail Special Delivery) will require a signature upon receipt. To guarantee next day delivery, orders must be placed before 14.00 hrs (weekdays only and with the exception of a small number of remote postcodes). Orders placed after 14.00 hrs will be treated as if received the morning of the next working day.

Guaranteed Saturday Delivery

Our guaranteed Saturday delivery service (normally using Royal Mail) ensures your delivery will arrive on Saturday. To guarantee Saturday delivery orders must be received before 14.00 hrs on the preceding Friday. Orders placed after 14.00 hrs on Friday will be delivered the following Saturday.

Standard Furniture Delivery

Our Standard furniture delivery uses a courier service, which requires a signature upon receipt. We endeavour to despatch orders within 3 working days for delivery within 7 working days, but please allow up to 14 working days. We will contact you to arrange a specific delivery day (a time slot can be specified but will incur an additional charge, Saturday delivery will also incur an extra charge).

Large items such as Wardrobes may arrive by palette to ensure the item arrives in good condition, we will advise you of this prior to delivery.

Two-man Delivery / Installation Service

Our two-man delivery service for large furniture items includes placing the furniture in the room of your choice and removing all packaging. There is an additional charge of £40.00 for this service, covering any number of items of furniture. We will contact you to arrange a specific delivery day. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery if selecting this service.

Please note:

For one-man delivery services and for health and safety reasons, the driver:

  • Can only move the pallet using the pump truck
  • Cannot assist you in removing your furniture from the pallet
  • Cannot assist you in manoeuvring the furniture into your home
  • Will not be able to remove the packaging from your property

You must be available between 08.00 - 18.00 hrs to take delivery on the agreed date of any furniture delivery, if you are not you will be liable for a minimum £30.00 charge towards the cost of either a second delivery attempt or return delivery to our depot. Please advise us at the time of delivery confirmation (for furniture) of any vehicle restrictions when accessing your chosen delivery address. In signing for delivery of your goods you are confirming you have received them in good condition. If you subsequently find them to be damaged we may not be able to reimburse you.

Returns

We are confident you will love your purchase. However, if for any reason you don’t, we are happy to offer you a 14-day money-back guarantee on all goods. You must return the goods unused, in their original packaging and within 14 days of the date of dispatch. You are responsible for the care of the products and must ensure they are returned to us safely and in a saleable condition. We will refund the cost of the product(s) to you immediately upon receipt. We will refund your postage costs if the item is faulty or we have made a mistake with your order. Please note that unfortunately we are unable to accept returned earrings unless they are faulty.

A returns form will be sent with your goods, you will need to complete and return this along with your unwanted or faulty items. Please use the return address label supplied with your packing slip. We cannot be held responsible for any return items lost in transit so please ensure you have proof of posting and the goods are insured if they are valuable.
