Ceramic Crafts
Ceramic Crafts employ 100 skilled craftspeople in a small factory in Delhi, India. All the ceramic crafts produced in the factory are completely handcrafted and hand painted.
The employees receive Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance, bonuses & medical check-ups in addition to statutory wages. They support 2 schools in the community & are environmentally aware, supporting Water Day, Aid's Awareness Day, and World Environment Day. The organisation also responds quickly to make donations for any flood or earthquake victims in the area.
