This organisation provides employment for the men & women living in the village of Khoda in Northern India. This is the sole motive of the company, which was formed in 1998 and now supports 140 villagers enabling them to earn a decent living wage.
The men & women are paid on the basis of their work & are able to earn much more than the minimum wage. The company organises open-air movie experiences and drama for weekend entertainment.
It also provides educational loans for employee's children & loans for marriages of their children.
