Creative Crafts India
Creative Crafts India has 10 people working for them full time with as many as 10,000 home working artisans. All items are handmade using traditional skills and techniques. Materials used include glass, wood, horn, bone, shell, mother of pearl, clay, ceramic resin, sequins, metal, natural seeds like soap nut, tamarind and rudraksh.
Employees are given an annual bonus which is a month's salary, Creative Crafts are also running a charitable hospital near the companies office of which they are one of the trustees. Creative Crafts are proud of the fact that they are helping so many poor women, who are running their houses on their own.
