Delhi Crafts employ 18 skilled craftsmen and women who work in a small factory in Delhi, India, using techniques such as traditional embroidery and tie and dye processes. The employees receive bonuses and leave encashment, in addition to statutory wages. In the local community they run social programs including health and safety and aids awareness.
