Employs 180 skilled craftsmen and women who all work from the factory using traditional techniques such as hand-tufting, hand embroidery, weaving & embellishments. Employees are given Provident Fund, medical health cover and super annuation benefit in addition to the statutory wage. Within their social program is a 4 day excursion trip for all employees.
As far as environmental measures go, the company now has an effluent water treatment plant in the dyeing unit. They are among India's foremost suppliers of home furnishings with recognition from the Government of India for meritorious performance and unmatched achievement of winning the gold medal every year from 1993 onwards for excellence in exports.
