Metal Crafts owns it's own factory in India employing around 286 craftspeople both men and women. Employees receive a wide range of benefits in addition to their statutory wages and the company supports a number of social programs within the local community.

There are many traditional techniques involved in the manufacturing process, such as hand etching and they only use recycled sheet metal as the main raw material.
