The company employs 208 men and women in their factory. Employees receive provident fund, ESI, bonuses & incentives in addition to statutory wages. All products are made using traditional handicrafts and skills.
The factory follows strict compliance with the labour laws in regards to wages, working hours, health and safety issues and the other necessary requirements.
