The organisation employs 60 people both men and women in a small, modern & clean factory/warehouse in Delhi. As well as manufacturing textiles the company is a wholesaler buying in handicraft items from third parties across the country.
Staff receives maximum remuneration for good work and wages are above average for the area.

There is a strict no child labour policy in place and they support CRY, which is a charity for homeless children. They also provide loans and materials to people involved in their supply chain.
