The company employees around 60 people, of which 50% are women. All the artisans are permanently employed and are rewarded with paid bonuses for good output.

The handmade paper and boxes that they produce are made using a centuries old technique, using recycled cotton rags and waste LOKTA handmade paper. They produce recycled paper board using waste cardboard that is collected form the streets of the Kathmandu Valley.

Water is needed for the production process of handmade paper and board and it is all recycled after natural filtration. The company is proud that all its workers are from local communities and all their products are from recycled materials. They also donate some of their profits to a local welfare organisation.
