Lotus Feet
Lotusfeet is a family business intent on providing high quality design led fashion accessories with a social conscience.
They work with cooperatives, individuals and small family businesses, in designing and producing the unique Lotusfeet collection. Through their work and support Lotus feet help their partners generate a sustainable income, fair wages and health and safety standards.
One cooperative Lotusfeet work with in the Philippines is made up of 50 women, members of a displaced community. As well as providing much needed job opportunities, the co-op enables them to learn a livelihood while living at home and supporting their families.
An on-going training program offers new jewellery making skills and the opportunity to participate in the creation of new designs.
Lotusfeet is committed to the on-going success of the program and the long-term relationship with their producer partners.
