Aventure

Aventure is the result of Jianhui, a talented young designer, who came over to London from Asia. He was completely dazzled by the creativity, diversity and individual style of London and its people. Although he had learnt his craft in ceramics it was in the urban spaces of the capital that he began to design jewellery, with his first piece as a present for his mother. It was the only jewellery she had ever owned. Since that first piece, Aventure have built up a customer base throughout the UK and across Europe.

Jianhui's unique personal journey from a rural childhood, high in the mountains of Asia, is reflected in his unique design. The jewellery designs are influenced by the history of Asian art as well as the lifestyle surrounding London. He adores strong colours and natural forms and his jewellery is abundant with both. Jianhui describes his jewellery as playful and romantic, but with an urban edge. Jinahui's designs are made with a conscience. He seeks out fine gemstones and beads that are environmentally and ethically friendly; as well as making sure that the products are given a fair price with a proportion of the profits going back into the local charities, which effect the local artisans.

Each stunning piece of jewellery is handmade resulting in a unique item, which hosts high quality and imagination. The beautiful pieces of Agate used within our range of jewellery is all sourced from Brazil, with all the threads used in the necklaces and bracelets coming from South Korea. The MOP, Jade and Aventurine is all sourced both India and China. Jianhui only sources from small artisan groups around Asia, so that the artisans recieve a fair price for their materials.
